TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time US-based Senior Manager, Business Intelligence based in Denver. This role requires onsite attendance.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Kharon’s business intelligence initiatives by managing cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and other teams to define and prioritize data needs that align with strategic goals and operational efficiency.

  • Build, own, and execute the business intelligence roadmap, anticipating future data requirements while addressing current challenges through innovative solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and analytics tools that deliver actionable insights into product performance, user behavior, and business trends for internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to oversee the creation and maintenance of robust data pipelines and API integrations, ensuring seamless and reliable data flow to support real-time analytics.

  • Translate complex data into intuitive, digestible reports, empowering teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and make informed business decisions.

  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for data-driven decision-making, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and alignment across the organization.

  • Hire, mentor, and manage high-performing team members, providing technical guidance, professional development, and strategic oversight to elevate the organization’s BI capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business priorities, driving measurable outcomes and growth.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, business analytics, statistics, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA with a focus on analytics, data management, or business strategy is preferred.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or analytics management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing BI strategies that deliver measurable business impact.

  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and programming languages like Python. Experience with data engineering, pipelines, and cloud-based platforms like Databricks.

  • Demonstrated expertise in working with sales and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and integrating data from diverse systems into cohesive dashboards and reporting tools.

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to present technical insights to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.

  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, driving data-driven decisions, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $150,000-$180,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
