The Information Security Officer reports to the Europe CISO and is a member of the Country Management team as the subject owner for security related matters and responsible for implementing the information security program. That will involve identifying, evaluating, and reporting on legal and regulatory, IT, and cybersecurity risk to information assets, while supporting and advancing business objectives. In scope countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland.

Security Management The Security Officer is to assist the CISO to monitor, evaluate, and improve the Countries implementation of the Europe Information Security Management System. l Compliance with laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies to support the organization's cyber security activities l Translate Europe Policies for services, products and suppliers aligned to Country requirements. l Maintain the security status of the Country by enforcing Europe Policies, Processes, and Procedures. l Evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented security measures and check if they are functioning as designed. l Guide colleagues on remediation activities. l Guiding assessments around urgent issues in regard to Information Security. l Align with other Regional Security Officers. Governance The following are mandatory security programs that the Security Officer has to support in Country: Strategy Alignment Security strategies and programs are determined by the Europe CISO. The Security Officer shall align with the Region direction and provide guidance to the local Country and report latest status. l Align with CISO strategies and programs and execute the plans locally. Reporting The Security Officer is accountable for reporting to the Europe CISO and Country Management team of the following: l Provide regular reporting on the current status of the information security program as part of a strategic enterprise risk management program l Security threats, incidents response and remediation status Requirements & Experience
