The impact you will have in this role:
The Director of Cloud Business Office is responsible for leading the cloud technology direction, communications, roadmaps, and agile adoption practices. This role reports to the Executive Director of the Cloud Center for Enablement (CC4E) and involves leading all aspects of the development of internal marketing, product management, portfolio management, and the product owners. The accurate individual will excel at executive presentations and influence cloud adoption while ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative cloud platforms that meet critical technology, security, and business requirements.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide experienced leadership in developing and implementing cloud strategies.
- Facilitate meetings with business partners and technology teams to build consensus and make decisions without compromising delivery and/or service.
- Provide foresight into potential future technology trends or issues that will impact the organization and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Be a highly motivated and active technology leader within multiple work streams and manage deliveries across multiple projects.
- Ensure cloud management and governance toolsets provide accurate insight to the organization to make data driven decision.
- Analyze problems, define solutions, and articulate them clearly to all levels of the organization, from senior leadership to professional staff.
- Stay abreast of business, operational, and technology trends that may affect the portfolio and strategy.
- Align the products and services offered by Platform teams with the needs of its enterprise customers and leadership.
- Provide ongoing on-boarding, training, and organizational change management to ensure the organization successfully navigates and adopts the move to cloud
- Ensure that the senior leadership team is aligned and understands the need to transform as moving to the cloud, setting clear direction and expectations
- Assist with cloud operating models that aligns business and IT capabilities, processes, and workforce to achieve strategic business outcomes
- Drive adherence to audit and compliance requirements for delivery of cloud products and platforms.
- Institute cost management practices for internal technology teams and application development organization.
- Foster an agile methodology for product development within all the public cloud platforms consisting of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence services.

Qualification:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- 10+ years of product architecture, design, and implementation of highly scalable, highly available solutions and platforms
- 5+ years of experience with Public Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Demonstrated experience in working with cloud-based technologies (Amazon Web Services, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Power BI) in an Enterprise computing environment.
- Experience with Management technologies (ServiceNow, CloudAware, PagerDuty)
- Experience creating a platform as a product to be consumed by application and technology teams
- Industry certifications - Product Owner and Product Manager (CSPO, POPM, ICP-ACPO, CPM, PSPO), Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake), Security (CCSP, CISSP), and any process oriented (TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, SAFe)
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies and delivery processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong organizational, task, and project management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work across diverse technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated DevOps expertise including automation and continuous delivery model
- Proven record for solution design and implementation of scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performance application
