Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and tracking all tasks and deliverables related to Common Support, Army Ports, Protocols, and Services (PPS) Management, DoDIN-A Change Advisory Board, DODIN-A Operations Compliance, Operations Cyberspace Tasking Order Analysis, Operations Endpoint Security, DODIN-A Operations Proactive Sensor Management Industry Engagement, and IT Service Design, Delivery, Improvement.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
  • Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
  • Defines project scope and objectives.
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Top-Secret clearance
  • One or more of the following: CISSP, CASP+, CCSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, CySA+, GCED, GSEC, Security+, (Other security certifications may be applicable)

  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) Foundation, Practice Manager, Managing Professional, Strategic Leader, OR Master Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Minimum of 12+ years of related IT experience
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Advanced management expertise with experience leading enterprise technical teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of program and project management concepts, processes, and techniques consistent with the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and industry best practice.
  • Advanced expertise in decomposing project requirements to generate a work breakdown structure.
  • Advanced expertise in risk management analysis and procedures.
  • Advanced communication expertise with experience delivering written and oral presentations to military and Government personnel.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Teams, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Manages large projects or processes and problems faced are difficult and often complex; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions.
  • May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources.
