Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Architecture Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions, ensuring the platform aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.

What will your job entail?

Architectural Design:

  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing systems.

Platform Configuration:

  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to optimize functionality and meet organizational needs.

  • Implement best practices for system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to ServiceNow development and administration teams.

  • Stay abreast of emerging ServiceNow trends, features, and functionalities.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

  • Communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Governance and Best Practices:

  • Establish and enforce governance and best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards.

​Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering or IT infrastructure with a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years and a Master’s degree is preferred.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relate field.

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.

  • ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) is highly desirable.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


Licenses & Certifications:

  • Prescribed: NA

  • Preferred: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

The target salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
