Job Title

Purpose of the role :

Develop and ensure alignment to the Corporate Security Strategy and Business Domain Vision and Governance in line with the Business Strategy
Be the BISO representant in AI corporate program, and ensure the specificities from Airlines are considered.

Common accountabilities:

- Has specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline or function. Provides expert guidance, promotes innovation and formally trains groups of less experienced professionals.​

- Has a broad understanding of the environment and uses it to improve efficiency, recommends solutions/best practices and influence the strategy of the department. Translates the strategy of the activity into a concrete action plan for the area, setting and monitoring targets for the team. ​

- Works independently, based on management directions. May coordinate functional teams or projects and serves as a best practices/quality resource.

 

The Business AI Specialists will: 

• help their respective business unit / corporate function leaders to better address their AI compliance requirements, their evolution and funding in collaboration with the LEG Data Compliance Office. 

• ensure that the AI Compliance Corporate Policies, Standards, Guidelines and Processes are communicated and applied within the business unit / corporate function. 

• act as an entry point for any audit activities related to AI compliance (internal or external audit). 

These includes: 

AI risks and compliance: 

• Instantiate and maintain AI Compliance risk maps in the organization. Provide regular updates and information on new emerging AI compliance risks within the BU. Create a “risk treatment plan” with controls to be implemented that feeds into the budget process of the line organization. 

• Ensure the list of AI systems/models in use in their business unit / corporate function is up-to-date and launch periodic review process. 

• Ensure AI Compliance Assessment(s) are performed by the business unit/ corporate function, where necessary, ensuring AI compliance by design processes are being followed and current controls and policies are implemented. Accountable for AI Compliance Assessment review and validation.  

• Serve the entry point for the BU for questions related to AI compliance, implementation, process... 

• Consult with the  Data & AI Compliance Office for Legal advice.  

• Act as an entry point for any audit activities (internal or external audit). 

AI governance: 

• Incorporate into MBOs yearly objectives and KPIs provided by the Data & AI Compliance Office. 

• Report to and participate in the relevant Data & AI Compliance Forums. Provide the business view to his or her R&D counterparts (e.g. AI Compliance by Design deployment monitoring).

Customer RFP/ RFIs and contracts 

• Provide input on ability of the business unit / corporate function to meet specific AI Compliance requirements requested by customers in the provision of the services. 

• Feed BU input on Amadeus response to Customer AI requirements in corporate tooling (Responsive) 

• Ensure that the business unit / corporate function is able to fulfil the transparency requirements for customers in relation to any AI systems that are included in the provision of the services.
