You are
The Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Documentation and Compliance Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing documentation related to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role will ensure alignment with compliance standards, facilitate audit preparation, and support the engineering teams in adhering to change management and testing protocols. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at bridging the gap between technical and compliance requirements.
You will
Documentation Management:
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of SDLC processes, PCI compliance, and business continuity
- Develop and update architecture and data flow diagrams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to track and document new functionality, vendors, and system changes
- Ensure documentation signoff for each audit period to meet compliance requirements
Change Management:
- Ensure all production releases meet change management documentation standards
- Support engineering teams in preparing and presenting evidence for releases
- Utilize deployment tools to track and verify release documentation
Testing Coordination:
- Monitor testing processes, including unit, load, performance, regression, and penetration testing
- Ensure timely remediation of penetration testing and end-of-life (EOL) items
- Ensure all testing evidence adheres to compliance standards and promotes ongoing process improvement
Audit Support:
- Manage and prioritize audit requests, leveraging existing evidence to reduce the need for engineering involvement
- Compile and validate audit evidence in collaboration with team leads
- Maintain an organized audit repository for reuse and efficient request handling
- Coordinate preparation meetings for major audits such as FDIC and PCI
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improvement in documentation and compliance workflows
- Collaborate with team leads to implement enhanced processes and standards
- Take initiative to drive tasks independently while minimizing disruptions to engineering teams

Requirements
You have
- This role requires some US working hours in order to be able to maintain a stable communication with our teams abroad
- Mother tongue level of both English and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must
- Proven experience managing SDLC documentation and compliance processes in a software engineering environment - Must
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as PCI, FDIC, and other regulatory standards - Must
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance technical and compliance requirements
- Experience with change management processes and testing coordination
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Understanding of APIs and proven experience documenting APIs - Must
Bonus if you have
- Knowledge of financial industry
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Some coding experience (e.g., C#, Python, Java) or a background in development
