We are currently looking for a IT Security Architect ready to join our adventure and share our ambition. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and developing IT security architecture, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to industry best practices.

What you will be doing?

• Designing and maintaining IT security architecture, including strategies for securing applications, systems, and networks
• Designing and overseeing the implementation of security systems such as SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS
• Conducting risk assessments and identifying threats and vulnerabilities within the IT environment
• Providing advisory and technical support to IT and business teams regarding information security
• Evaluating vendors and supporting risk management processes within the supply chain
• Collaborating with audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Skills you should have

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, including at least 1 year as a security architect
• Knowledge of regulations such as DORA, GDPR, SWIFT CSCF, and PCI DSS
• Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, TOGAF, COBIT, and NIST
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (we use GCP)
• Expertise in network security concepts (VPN, IDS/IPS, encryption, network segmentation, security monitoring) and pen tests approach
• Experience working in regulated environments, such as financial institutions
• Industry certifications are an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• You’re the right person for this position if you are proficient in spoken and written English and Polish
