Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Operations

  • Lead the Network and Network Security team to deliver high-performance and secure network operations.
  • Provide production support using technologies such as Palo Alto NGFW, Prisma VPN, Panorama, SSLV, TACACS, Netscout, Akamai, Azure Portal, ThousandEyes, NetBrain, Bali (Bell tool), IXIA, FireEye, DLP, VMware/NSXT, and RSA. Familiarity with CheckPoint and Fortigate is desirable.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL practices in incident, change, and problem management.

• Stakeholder and Vendor Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of network and security services with business needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and regular performance reviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to network and security operations.

• Delivery Reviews and Reporting

  • Conduct regular delivery reviews with internal teams and vendors to ensure project milestones, SLAs, and KPIs are achieved.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on network performance, security incidents, and change implementations to senior leadership.

• Incident and Change Management

  • Oversee incident management to ensure timely resolution and root cause analysis of network and security issues, minimizing business impact.
  • Lead change management processes, assessing risks, approving changes, and ensuring seamless implementation.

• Security and Compliance

  • Maintain and enhance security protocols using tools like Palo Alto Panorama, SSLV, FireEye, and DLP solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.

• Communication and Leadership

  • Provide clear and concise communication to technical and non-technical audiences, including stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in stakeholder and vendor management, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Proficiency in managing and supporting technologies such as Palo Alto NGFW, Prisma VPN, Panorama, SSLV, Netscout, and Azure Portal.
• Hands-on experience with incident and change management in complex environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, VMware NSX-T) are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
