About the role

Join Partner Solutions (PSI) team as a Security Analyst II – Incident Management!

What you’ll do here: 

  • Support the Security Incident Response team by participating in the triage, escalation and eradication of cybersecurity incidents within established timeframes. 

  • Provide second-level support as required. 

  • Participate in the creation, enhancement, review and maintenance of documentation in accordance with the organization’s standards. 

  • Document alert management processes for different levels of intervention. 

  • Participate in initiatives to reinforce the organization's security posture (e.g., development of new surveillance and investigation cases). 

  • Participate in the cybersecurity incident lifecycle, from preparation to post-mortem.  

  • Help improve our defense controls. 

  • Respond to user queries related to cybersecurity. 

  • Participate in 24/7 support rotation in collaboration with other team members. 

What you bring to the table: 

  • Three to five years of experience in information security, ideally working in a security operation center (SOC).

  • Expertise in cybersecurity and information technology. 

  • Knowledge of the basic principles of security incident management.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good sense of initiative. 

  • Positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn. 

  • Ability to summarize and attention to detail. 

  • Demonstrated commitment to training, self-study and maintaining technical cybersecurity skills. 

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
