Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on infrastructure, data protection, and operational technology security.
Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions for complex IT and OT environments.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
Hands-on experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), encryption, and access control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Experience with cloud security and securing cloud-based infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA security.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Mandatory Certifications:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
Work Environment:
Remote Home Office Work
