Enterprise Products Supervisor (Cloud & Cybersecurity)

Job Brief:

This role will help build and drive Umniah’s Cloud, Managed ICT, and Cybersecurity portfolio by executing the product lifecycle from strategic planning to customer and field requirements gathering, while effectively communicating the value proposition of the products to stakeholders. This position requires the ability to work independently, develop thought leadership, and gain buy in from stakeholders, backed by a proven track record of building, marketing, and managing successful products or equivalent experience in areas such as Cloud Infrastructure, Data Protection, and Hosted Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and driving Go-To-Market activities for newly launched products
• Managing product profitability based on the developed business case
• Overseeing the annual product P&L and target achievement.
• Capturing customer satisfaction on a bi-annual basis and enhancing the customer experience
• Managing partnerships to meet market and customer requirements
• Executing marketing communication campaigns.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development, launch, and delivery of high-quality products
• Aligning company strategic goals with driving results and impact
• Identifying customer needs and market opportunities, translating them into product requirements, and building roadmaps for execution
• Developing product roadmaps and strategies that align with overall business objectives
• Communicating with stakeholders and keeping them informed about product updates, release timelines, and market trends

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineers, Business Information Technology or any related fields.

Level of Experience:

Advanced Experience (8+Yrs) in a related.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Excellent knowledge in IaaS, BaaS, DRaaS, STaaS products’ development
• Excellent knowledge in Private, Public and Hybrid Cloud
• Excellent knowledge in building cloud modernization services (i.e. containers)
• Excellent knowledge in building SaaS offers
• Excellent knowledge in Hyber-V, VMWARE
• Good knowledge of Different storage types and techniques like SAN and STaaS.
• Good knowledge of private cloud HCI and Traditional environments
• Good knowledge in market Information Security Offensive Security services (i.e. PT/VA and Red Teaming)
• Good knowledge in Cyber Security Operation (i.e. SOC, Cloud Cyber Security Operation services)
• Good knowledge in Managed Detection & Response (i.e. Endpoint security, email protection, EDR, XDR and MDR)
• Good knowledge in network security and access control solutions (i.e. NG firewall, SDWAN, PAM, IAM, MFA, and SASE)
• Excellent Knowledge in Cybersecurity operation and data protection
• Excellent knowledge in Cloud hyper-scalers environment, offerings and partnership management
• Good knowledge in ICT solutions related to networking and infrastructure

Desirable:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge in digital customer interfacing channels

Certifications & Licensure:

• Certified Product and Marketing Management (CPM and/or CPMM)
• Solution architect for one hyper-scalers technologies like Azure, AWS, IBM and/or Google
• Certifications in Hyper-V, VMware, and/or Red Hat

Tools & Systems:

Essential:

• MS Azure services
• O365 Platform services
• Microsoft office tools mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable:

• Microsoft Power BI
• Agile product management – SCRUM
