Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for a Supply Chain Security Analyst to join our team as an Industrial Security Analyst based out of Melbourne, Florida.
Roles and Responsibilities: Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications guidance
Review and verify personnel security clearances and SAP accesses through queries to government security databases and systems
Generate and/or review Program Access Request (PAR) packages; ensure all required information is included including currency of information, completeness of forms, and inclusion of required signatures. Generate Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA), provide to briefer/debriefer, and/or execute briefs/debriefs on behalf of the government security team
Maintain accountability of classified material or classified media as required by contract(s)
Ensure the development, documentation, and presentation of classified security education, awareness, and training activities
Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while providing leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, managers on actions(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security program
Maintain liaison with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers
Implement policies and procedures for responding to security incidents, and for investigating and reporting security violations and incidents
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with 2 years of Security experience, 0 years with a Masters degree, or an additional 4 years of experience will be considered In lieu of a degree
Must be a US Citizen
Must have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance current within 6 years and be able to meet the special access eligibility requirements of DoDM 5205.07 Volume 2
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience with DISS, NISS, SIMS, JADE, or similar data bases
CPSO/ ACPSO experience working within Special Access Programs or experience with Supply Chain Security process and procedure
Working knowledge of DoD, SAP, and SCI programs to provide procedural and policy guidance
Additional consideration for CDSE SAP Orientation course or CDSE SAP Mid-Level course
Team player mindset with excellent customer service and communication skills; able to interface effectively with all levels of corporate management and government customers
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deliverables. Hands on, self-starting, disciplined and detail-oriented individual with ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
