Engineer, Lead

The Opportunity:

As an electrical engineer supporting network exploitation, you know that understanding the adversaries’ tactics, techniques, and procedures are crucial to producing the intel that enables the success of mission owners. At Booz Allen, you can apply your knowledge of vulnerability analysis, network mapping, exploitation, defensive, and IT logging processes to execute offensive cyber operations that inform our nation’s most critical security missions.

In this role, you’ll develop and contribute to solutions that impact National Security efforts by helping our clients counter existing and emerging threats in Cyber or Electronic Warfare (EW). With mentoring and opportunities to expand both your technology base and tool knowledge, you’ll join a growing team committed to developing creative solutions for our classified customers.

You Have:

  • 20+ years of experience in senior-level program management with engineering research and development (R&D), prototyping, integration, testing, and fielding of military technology and systems on Cyber or EW programs involving multifunctional tasking and substantial complexity
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering
  • TS/SCI clearance 
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with software engineering, development, testing, and deploying

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
