IT Security Intern

We are searching for a IT Security Intern to join our Summer 2025 cohort.

• Location: Auburn Hills, MI
• Duration: 10 weeks, June 2025 - August 2025
• Department: Core Platforms

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Security Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our information systems and data. This internship is a great opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to protecting the organization's digital assets.

AREAS OF FOCUS: 

• Assisting in the implementation of security measures to protect systems and data.
• Monitoring network activities for potential security incidents and threats.
• Analyzing vulnerabilities and supporting remediation efforts.
• Helping respond to security incidents and providing necessary documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance cybersecurity protocols.
• Assisting in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Gaining exposure to various security tools and techniques used in the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

• Must be a rising senior of a Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field and in good academic with a minimum 3.0 GPA as of Summer 2025
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
