As a Member of Anchorage Digital's Regulatory Relations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our compliance with the evolving regulatory landscape of the digital asset industry. This involves tracking and interpreting regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions of all reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a robust compliance framework.
You will coordinate internal efforts to ensure all regulatory examination requirements are met and submitted, as well as interact with regulators to address inquiries with timeliness and accuracy, demonstrating our commitment to compliance. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology, extensive knowledge of the regulatory landscape governing digital assets (including BSA/AML, KYC/CDD, OFAC sanctions, and emerging regulations), and proven experience with regulatory reporting requirements, compliance frameworks, and exam management procedures.
Ideally, you'll also have experience with data analysis and interpretation, technical proficiency in areas like cybersecurity and digital asset custody, and project management skills. A basic legal background in financial services and data privacy is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential to effectively convey complex regulatory issues to diverse stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
