The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a highly motivated Industrial Security/Senior Personnel Security/CSSO/FSO certified professional, responsible for providing expert personnel security knowledge and support in compliance with Department of Defense, IC, and company standards. Candidate must possess TS/SCI w/Poly and have extensive knowledge of DoD and IC security procedures, requirements, regulations, and overall compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, NIST, eQIP, DISS, NISS and NBIS.

Responsibilities:

 Security prescreen for new hire candidates
•    Personnel security clearance packages to include MPO
•    Electronic application systems (eQIP) and Standard Form 86 processing
•    Polygraph appointment scheduling
•    Client/IC badge and indoctrination requests
•    Business and personal UFT requests
•    Personnel adverse reports and wage garnishments, in compliance with government requirements
•    100% compliance with personnel security records and security database system management (CAST, eCPRL, CCIL, NISS, DISS, CCURE)
•   CCIL review and reconciliation with the customer for various cage code

Clearance Certification and Visit Requests

•    Security briefings, debriefings, out-processing, and security awareness training
•    Permanent Change of Station (PCS) requests
•    Periodic Reinvestigations 
•    Personnel visit authorization, badging, and access control
•    Prepares for and participates in various government audits, inspections, and reviews 

Subcontractor security liaison handling subcontractor company DD254s, annual subcontractor DD254 review, annual subcontractor FSO/CSSO all-hands security briefing, subcontractor AWOL incidents, and maintain accurate subcontractor security records for personnel and sub company data

Assist with developing, reviewing, and maintaining security operating procedures and subcontractor security program manuals

On-call/24x7 security emergency response (i.e. alarms, project security guidance, etc.)

Assist with general office coverage and support, such as customer service requests, answering main phone line, and security incident reporting

Interfaces with all levels of employees, management, government Client, and customer representatives

Attend ISAC, NCMS, and/or Client security seminars, meetings, and briefings


Qualifications:
 BA/BS and/or 5+ years personnel/industrial security-related experience
•    CSSO Certified and FSO Certified
•    Superior computer-related skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
•    Extensive knowledge of DISS, eQIP, NISS, eCPRL, MPO site and CCIL
•    Highly motivated, dynamic, responsive, and professional team player
•    Excellent customer service, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
•    Exceptional presentation/briefing skills
•    Work independently with minimal supervision
•    Self-motivated with a concentrated ability to develop and implement workflow and process improvements
•    Makes effective use of time and resources 
•    Solid administrative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
•    Must meet eligibility requirements for obtaining and maintaining TS/SCI with appropriate Poly

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
