As an IT Manager at AIS, you will oversee the technological infrastructure and operations, ensuring all systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will advise teams of IT professionals, coordinate projects, and develop strategies to meet clients' technological needs.. Acting as a liaison between clients and the IT team, you will ensure clear communication and delivery of high-quality, tailored solutions. Your ultimate responsibility is to achieve, optimize, and maintain the firm's and clients' technology goals.

Responsibilities:

• Advise the technical direction of the Federal Civilian Business Unit, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
• Mentor and advise multiple IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, clients, and stakeholders.
• Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest technology trends and integrating them into our services.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Mentor and develop the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Take on and lead initiatives for the business unit. Report to leadership on project initiative statuses.

Location and Travel Details:

• Remote, USA. Willingness and ability to go onsite to client site.

Clearance and Citizenship Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance is required.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent in working experience; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT consulting with Federal clients, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in a variety of technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and IT infrastructure. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technical stack.
• Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiar with project management principles such as SCRUM, Agile, ITIL, and SAFe.

Nice to Have:

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP, Microsoft cloud certification, are preferred.
