Job Summary

TestPros is seeking a Task Program Manager for a Federal Cybersecurity contract.

Position: Full-time

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship

Location: remote with meetings in DC (candidates must be located in the DC Metro Area)

Clearance: Public Trust

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership, coordination, and management of the contract and all associated deliverables.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan in compliance with GPO requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for technical and contractual issues.
• Oversee all staffing, scheduling, and performance of the 14 FTE positions to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate risk management strategies, cost analysis, and reporting for ongoing and new tasks.
• Facilitate communication between GPO leadership and contractor personnel to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Support transition planning to ensure a seamless handoff from the incumbent contractor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project or program management in an IT or cybersecurity environment.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-year federal contracts.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with federal program management standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST guidelines).
• Public Trust or ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
