CloudSEK’s Product Suite:

• CloudSEK XVigil constantly maps a customer’s digital assets, identifies threats and enriches them with cyber intelligence, and then provides workflows to manage and remediate all identified threats including takedown support.
• A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BeVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.
• CloudSEK’s Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.

Key Milestones:

• 2016: Launched our first product.
• 2018: Secured Pre-series A funding.
• 2019: Expanded operations to India, Southeast Asia, and the Americas.
• 2020: Won the NASSCOM-DSCI Excellence Award for Security Product Company of the Year.

About the Role

As the VP of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CloudSEK’s financial strategy and ensuring the company’s growth and stability. This role requires a highly strategic finance leader who has experience in fundraising, investor relations, global expansion, regulatory compliance, and corporate finance. You will work closely with the CEO & leadership team to drive financial decision-making, optimize capital efficiency, and position CloudSEK for long-term success in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute CloudSEK’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management across global markets.
• Establish KPIs and financial metrics to track and optimize company performance.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Lead and execute fundraising strategies, including equity, debt financing, and strategic partnerships to fuel growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, VCs, PE firms, and financial institutions.
• Prepare investor presentations, financial models, and data-driven insights to support funding discussions.
• Ensure transparency and strong communication with investors and stakeholders.

International Expansion & Compliance

• Develop financial strategies to scale CloudSEK globally, including market entry, pricing, and tax optimization.
• Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements across different geographies.
• Manage M&A activities, due diligence, and risk assessment for global expansion opportunities.

Corporate Finance & Investments

• Oversee capital allocation, investment strategies, and financial risk management.
• Develop strategies for profitability, cost control, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead financial analysis for new product launches, pricing strategies, and strategic partnerships.

Operational Excellence & Problem Solving

• Build and scale a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of financial discipline and innovation.
• Implement financial systems, automation, and ERP solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Engineering) to support strategic decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles (CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director).
• Experience in a high-growth startup, cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology industry.
• Proven fundraising experience, including equity, debt, and investor relations.
• Expertise in corporate finance, FP&A, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
• Strong regulatory, compliance, and governance knowledge across multiple global markets.
• Experience in scaling an organization to international markets and handling cross-border financial operations.
• Deep understanding of financial risk management, M&A, and investment strategies.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act operationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup and saas is a plus.
• Strong network within the investor, banking, and financial ecosystem.
