Your Responsibilities

As a Manager, Insider Threat & Investigations for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will….

• Provide subject matter expertise, leadership and program management of the Insider Risk program.
• Apply knowledge and mastery of Insider Risk best practices and counterintelligence concepts to plan and conduct a full range of responsibilities including set up of risk use cases, identification and analysis of anomalous behavior using analytical tools, non-IT investigations through data set analysis, and interviews with cross functional teams.
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of appropriate directives, regulations, policies and procedures necessary to drive strategic roadmap of Insider Risk Program.

What Skills You Need

• Ability to establish program elements to support insider risk prevention, detection and response
• Ability to conduct risk management assessments of critical assets and develop strategies for protection
• Evaluate and establish Insider Risk program governance and stakeholder engagement mechanisms
• Ability to conduct thorough investigations into suspicious user activity, including data exfiltration, unauthorized access, and potential malicious intent

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience working in a global environment
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns that indicate malicious activity
• Proven ability to develop and operationalize program performance metrics and reporting mechanisms is support of Insider Risk
• Deep understanding of the security concepts like access control, data encryption, threat intelligence and network monitoring
• Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM or other security related certifications are preferred
• Significant experience in cybersecurity focused on insider threat management

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like security management, risk management, information and cybersecurity
