We are seeking a Program Manager OT Strategy and Architecture to develop and implement an OT security roadmap aligned with our overall cybersecurity strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the CISO office and IT teams, manage budget allocation processes, and ensure compliance with current regulations and standards. This role requires extensive experience in IT and OT security, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

What’s involved in this role  :

We are looking for a Program Manager OT Strategy and Architecture in Eden Prairie, MN.

• Develop and implement an OT security roadmap in alignment with the overall cybersecurity strategy.

• Collaborate with the CISO office and IT teams to ensure synergy between OT and IT security planning.

• Define and manage budget allocation processes and priorities for OT security initiatives.

• Establish and collect requirements for OT security programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and expand OT security governance documents, including policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with current regulations, norms, and standards for OT environments.

• Conduct OT security audits, gap analyses, and propose effective solutions to mitigate identified risks.

• Act as the primary liaison between OT and IT, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

What you need to join our team: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required.

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in IT and OT security required.

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and implementation of security programs for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technologies (OT) required.

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent required.

• In-depth knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and PLC.

• Familiarity with NIST ICS Framework standards.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and advocate for IT and OT security goals and objectives to business stakeholders.
