As a cyber mission specialist, you understand the value of hunt-forward operations, and you know that battles are won in the grey. At Booz Allen, you can use your cyberspace operations experience to create solutions that will be executed on a worldwide stage. We’re looking for an experienced Cyber Mission Specialist like you to apply your knowledge in cyber threat info to develop operation plans, support documentation, and impact our Space Enterprise environments.
In this role, you’ll be counted on to understand cyberspace capabilities to evaluate potential weaknesses as well as the effectiveness of mitigations for cyber security solutions. You will leverage cyberspace operations systems to aggregate threat feeds that inform briefings for senior leadership aligned to the cyber mission partners.
This is an opportunity to use your research and analysis abilities to adequately assess and inform operators and senior leadership or commanders on dynamic adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures for the mission partner. Your role will be vital in the development of operations plans to support command and control.

You Have:
10+ years of experience with general IT
5+ years of experience as a Cyberspace Analyst
Experience with a DoD agency
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a Cyber, Computer Science, or Information System Technologies field
DoD 8140 or 8570 IAM Level II Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience developing CONOPS, CONPLANs, OPORDs or OPLANs, fragmentary orders, execute orders, and other MDMP or JOPP planning products
Experience with Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) for Space
Experience with Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP)
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Experience with the DoD at headquarters-level
Knowledge of current cyberspace operations tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
Ability to edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, and other customer deliverables and documents
Ability to collect and organize information for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master’s degree in a Cyber, Computer Science, or Information System Technologies field
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
