JOB SUMMARY:
This position serves as an Analyst supporting the Audience Data Governance and Privacy Operations team at Universal Destinations and Experiences. The Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining the quality, security, and compliance of marketing data to support responsible data management practices. This person will be responsible for conducting QA testing, implementing marketing data governance processes, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations such as CCPA and GDPR. Reporting to the Manager of Audience Governance & Privacy Operations, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, privacy, cybersecurity, and enterprise data governance, to ensure marketing data governance aligns with company policies and regulatory standards while supporting business objectives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enforce data governance policies, execute quality assurance processes, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws such as CCPA and GDPR.
- Maintain and organize Audience Governance data repositories while collaborating with business partners to gather, document, and manage requests and requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on pixel and floodlight tags to verify accurate data collection and ensure compliance with the marketing data inventory standards.
- Audit and track privacy processes to ensure timely completion of Individual Rights Requests (IRR). Assist in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Business Management, Information Technology, or other related fields.
