Compliance Specialist- Senior Consultant (AU Cybersecurity Consulting, WFH)

Salary: P70,000 to P90,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience, demonstrated experience in overseeing compliance programs along with an understanding of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative.
• Familiarity with other compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working under start-up company/account is highly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing technical controls in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.

What will you do?

• Develop, write, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards.
• Oversee and carry out the implementation projects for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 1, and Type 2 with limited supervision.
• Perform regular security audits and risk assessments to guarantee the ongoing enhancement of the security posture.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the incorporation of compliance and security best practices into their workflows.
• Oversee and provide mentorship to team members, offering guidance and support to facilitate the successful delivery of projects.
• Cover vCISO duties, providing strategic security leadership and guidance to clients.
• Working within compliance platforms like Vanta, Drata, and SecureFrame is a huge bonus
