ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid-Level Cyber Security Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Possess an in-depth understanding and the ability to apply intermediate concepts of cyber engineering and cybersecurity
- Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the DOD cybersecurity policies and the Risk Management Framework
- With no guidance, conduct cybersecurity engineering research and analysis, provide recommendations for the implementation of security mechanisms, and provide advise or counsel on recommended cybersecurity practices and requirements
- Contribute substantive content to the development of cybersecurity documentation, concept papers, and test plans required by Command policies and the Risk Management Framework
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of DOD and/or Intelligence Community (IC) engineering efforts, across multiple engineering disciplines
- With no guidance, evaluate functional operation and performance. Based on test results and inspections, make recommendations regarding C&A.
- Be the liason between the operators, the developers and the system engineers; ensures compliance with DoD and NIST requirements
- Assess infrastructure requests; provide recommendations and guidance on development
Requirements
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. An Additional 5 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with cybersecurity or information assurance
- Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level II Certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.

Many factors can influence final salary including, but not limited to relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
The salary Range for this position is: $100,000-210,000
