About the role:
As a Manager, It/OT Compliance you will be accountable to implement an OT compliance program to outline process to ensure Westinghouse manufacturing locations and processes meet Global Financial Controls, Internal Audit, NIST and other regulatory. You will create and manage the manufacturing OT compliance program, partner with site leaders to ensure required controls are implemented and measure our performance on a monthly basis. You will have responsibility for managing the program globally across all manufacturing locations and processes, and reporting on self-assessment testing execution and reporting on organizational progress to senior leadership. You will evaluate existing OT processes and define a control framework for continuous improvement to measure current state and set future state improvement targets. You will also help manage the existing IT compliance program.
You will report to the Senior Manager, IT Compliance. This is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in developing and deploying OT compliance strategy, including the identification of in-scope locations, departments and technologies.

Help develop and implement OT governance framework that aligns with internal and external requirements and cybersecurity standards (such as NIST CSF).

Evaluate the risk posture by partnering with site leaders to provide self-assessment program training, assist manufacturing locations perform self-assessment to evaluate current state, and help document deficiencies, developing corrective actions and tracking them to completion.

Monitor and track self-assessment progress across the IT and OT landscape and report completion to management.

Help develop and implement OT control framework that aligns with Westinghouse policies.

Evaluate applicable control goals and coordinate control activities across manufacturing locations and processes, and IT.

Promote communication between several departments (e.g. cybersecurity, internal audit, trade compliance) and OT to ensure understanding of applicable control requirements, security standards.

Develop compliance metrics for regular management reporting
Evaluate control goals for OT risk and help develop compensating controls for main areas
Qualifications:
-
7+ years of experience

BS/BA in Information Systems, Engineering or related field

Working knowledge of NIST CSF and other control frameworks and their application in OT environments.

Knowledge of OT infrastructure, applications, and process controls.

Communicate to a wide audience of manufacturing professionals and senior management.

Define business processes, design controls, and process improvement capabilities.
