Job Summary: Leidos is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Northern Virginia. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the IC and directly contribute to processes that shape government policy. Candidates will conduct in-depth research, perform rigorous time sensitive analysis, and distill this analysis into actionable insights. The candidate will support Government staff in developing a broad range of written products in support of senior leadership and USG policymakers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Advise the Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center (CTIIC) on key cyber threat developments in their assigned area requiring both an IC immediate and long-term analytical and collection response.
  • Identify and analyze cyber threat actors’ plans, intentions, capabilities, and tradecraft.
  • Conduct All-Source research and analysis using intelligence and information to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
  • Produce comprehensive reports, assist in coordination during cyber incidents, and coordinate with working groups.
  • Research raw reporting and finished production to write or verbally brief concise analytic summaries in the development of issue papers, talking points, and briefings.

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience as an intelligence analyst or cyber threat intelligence analyst with a minimum of 1 year of cyber threat experience. 
  • Minimum of 1 year working with or in the IC.
  • Successfully completed an analytic course of study (i.e., Analysis 101 or IC Agency training program such as CAP or PACE).
  • Ability to provide concise, articulate, polished writing of analytic documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and ability to proactively multi-task and meet short deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex and technical data to nontechnical customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ICD-203 and PPD-41.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
