About the role

We are looking for an IT Access Management Security Expert to join our Risk & Compliance team within the Business Enterprise Applications and Transformation (BEAT) technology group in Bengaluru. This role requires a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Processes and Technologies and ideally experienced in an IT operations or governance department or program. As part of a highly motivated team, you will be responsible for aligning, stabilizing, standardizing, and automating end-to-end Access Management Processes and the internal control system within BEAT.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting Technology Product teams within the Lines of Business (LoBs) in understanding Access Management security requirements, enabling adoption, and ensuring compliance in their environment.
• Working closely with relevant Tech and Security teams including but not limited to Haleon Identity and Access Management team.
• Supporting the ongoing improvement of Haleon Access Management standards & practices.
• Assisting Risk & Compliance colleagues in developing and maintaining the BEAT Access Management strategy.
• Leading the identification, documentation and remediation of Access Management-related risks and issues.
• Helping to ensure the business is well-prepared to embrace modern working methods such as modern authentication, Zero Trust, etc.

Qualifications and skills

• At least 10 years of professional experience in a technical Identity and Access Management (IAM) or in an IT Access Security role.
• Technical expertise in at least one area of Identity and Access Management technology such as Identity Governance and Administration (SailPoint) and Privileged Access Management (CyberArk).
• Understanding of standards and best practices such as ISO 2700, SOX, SOC.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to analyse challenges and formulate solution proposals.
• Certifications like CISSP, CCSP or relevant IAM certifications is a plus.
