Roles & Responsibilities
- As a Manager for Digital Assurance and Certification, you will be working in a young, motivated, and fast-growing team.
- We operate on a project basis, where your daily role will include serving as a subject matter expert, project manager, and/or lead auditor in all matters related to Digital Assurance (SOC 1/2/3, ISAE 3402, ISAE 3000) and Certification (ISO 27001).
- Your responsibilities will involve communicating and maintaining close contact with clients, creating and presenting commercial offers, managing financials and budgets, and leading attestation and/or certification engagements within a project team of approximately 2 to 5 people.
- We strongly believe in a collaborative, supportive, and knowledge-sharing culture, making knowledge transfer to team members a key responsibility.
- You will oversee file setup, on-the-job coordination of 2 to 5 staff members, review and guidance of testing procedures performed by junior personnel, drafting of final reports, and ensuring internal documentation meets required standards.
- Additionally, you will contribute to the creation, review, and presentation of commercial proposals to clients and have the opportunity to assist in the development of our Digital Assurance and Certification practice, including taking on additional roles based on personal interests (e.g., marketing for digital assurance, training coordination, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications
- We are looking for a teamplayer, who takes ownership of his/her work, is organized, proactive, willing to learn and at times step out of the comfort zone.
- We serve clients in English, French and Dutch - as such, it is a requirement to be fluent in either Dutch and/or French and English; any additional language is considered as a plus.
- In terms of professional qualifications, we are looking for someone with a business or economics degree and at least 5 to 6 years of practical experience in IT attestation reports (SOC 1/2/3, ISAE3402 and ISAE3000) and ISO27001 certification audits.
- Any additional certification (ISO lead auditor, CISA, CISM, CIPP/e, CIPT, CIPM, CISSP, or other) or knowledge/experience on eArchiving or eIDAS are considered a plus.
