Location: This role will be a remote position within the continental United States

Salary:  $60,000-$72,500 annually

This position will focus on daily administration of assigned contracts and compliance activities to ensure their successful completion and accuracy. The SLED Compliance Specialist is empowered to work directly with SLED Compliance management and Teammates on assigned contracts, escalate issues to team lead or management, execute best practices and input into process enhancements.  Diplomatic communication and attention to detail are two key functions of this position.

As a SLED Compliance Specialist you will get to:

• Develop and maintain the ability to research answers to a broad range of questions related to SLED orders, internal and external systems, contracts, processes and clients.
• Acquire and retain broad understanding of all SLED contracts in order to assist sales in selling from those contracts.
• Administer agent and teaming partner programs as assigned.

We are looking for a SLED Compliance Specialist with:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of 3 years industry experience in contract or program management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and IT reseller and federal contract administration experience preferred.
• Must operate at the highest moral and ethical standards
• Attention to detail is critical in this position
