Mgr-IT Security & Compliance

Overview

Provide strategic direction and leadership for Snap-on Equipment in IT Operations and play a key role in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, managing IT resources budgets, and ensuring data security, compliance, and operational efficiency through innovative technology.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for IT operations, including Microsoft Azure, Networking, ERP, and other cyber and business applications.
• Lead, plan, develop, and implement an Information Technology strategy that meets the company’s needs, provides the best return on investment, and maintains the highest level of security.
• Ensure IT provides adequate support for the company within IT and business.
• Drive innovation and collaborate with executive team members to identify ways IT can help the company achieve its business and financial objectives.
• Lead the operation and digital transformation, ensuring IT and application modernization, hardening, and upgrades are planned and completed on time to improve control, security, and quality information systems and technology.
• Work with Enterprise IT Governance, which includes IT Governance, IT Operations, IT Security, IT Risk Management, and Compliance.
• Meet business requirements for IT and business applications (GDPR, SOX, Multiple privacy laws, NIS2, ITIL, TISAX, ISO)
• Comply with company Quality and Environmental policies and work according to company rules and regulations regarding health and safety.
• Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in information system and technology administration, with increasing levels of responsibility throughout and an interest in continuous growth within the IT area.
• Excellent ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes to accomplish those goals.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
