As a Sales Engineer, Security, you will play a key role in supporting Relativity’s sales activities. You will be responsible for providing clients, prospects, as well as our colleagues, with an exceptional experience. You will accomplish this by demonstrating your knowledge and understanding of Relativity’s award-winning Security and Compliance posture through taking the lead on incoming requests, completing risk assessment questionnaires, participating in customer calls, and assisting with other associated requests as needed. In addition, you will be expected to provide mentorship, feedback and guidance to others, and while supporting team growth goals.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly skilled and a client-focused professional proficient in Cloud Security.
The Role in Action for this position will:
Play a key role in the efforts to acquire and grow our account base through building trust in RelativityOne - Serve as a subject matter expert in RelativityOne Security and consultant for internal and external stakeholders. Drivers are typically Security and Due Diligence question/questionnaires, as well as security-based calls/meetings.
Maintaining and Growing our Security Knowledgebase – The world of security in the cloud is ever-changing and material can often get outdated or not exist. This role requires maintenance of the existing knowledgebase, as well as proactive contribution to new content.
Be an internal liaison with Relativity’s Security and Compliance team, Calder 7 – Building on the Relativity Core Values of communication and collaboration, this role will be a key internal liaison with our Security team, Calder 7.
Support Relativity’s RFI/RFP and third-party risk assessments – Respond to prospect/customer requirements, addressing areas of interest through questions/questionnaires. Collaborate with other Sales Engineers and Account Executives to deliver proposals detailing how Relativity’s solutions will address business needs.
Intake and communicate product feedback – At Relativity, security and the product go hand-in hand. This role delivers feedback to the product management team based on personal experience, prospect or client requirements, market trends and more.
Your Skills:
Maintain a strong Relativity product knowledge and complete core certifications within the first 12 months; obtain the Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) within 24 months of employment
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills; primarily in English, proficiency in other languages a plus
Experience in written responses, particularly in the security domain
Skilled in explaining complex topics to diverse audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and self-manage workload
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes competitive cash on-target earnings (OTE) and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range for this role is between following values
115 000 and 173 000PLNThe final offered OTE will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
