Job Description: Security Analyst

Location: Netradyne, Bangalore (Onsite)

We are seeking an Security Analyst to be part of the Information Security team. In this role the analyst will be will be focusing on Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, Threat Intelligence, Detection, Monitoring, Incidents Handling & Response across internal and external applications hosted in Cloud and On-Premises. Identify new threats by analyzing various data streams across the company. You will partner with multiple stakeholders across various departments globally such as IT, DevOps, Engineering, Business, HR, Legal, Finance etc to implement controls defined in policies and processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Management of day-to-day security operations to identify and analyze relevant risks and vulnerabilities and produce actionable response in a timely manner
• Evaluate implementation of security products for network architecture, work method and procedures to make environment more effective and to strengthen security measures
• Review solutions, recommendations, and risk documentations to minimize risk of implementation of recommended products, applications and infrastructure
• Work with Risk Management and Compliance team to identify, document and resolve corporate risks, understand client requirements, create security reports and maintain process documentation
• Develop and maintain documentation of key operational processes
• With some guidance, uncover information gaps that can help identify potential threats in the short and long term.
• Improving processes and deliverables around Security Operations
• Conducting security assessments through vulnerability testing and risk analysis
• Performing both internal and external VAPTs
• Analyzing security breaches to identify the root cause
• Continuously updating the company’s incident response and disaster recovery plans
• Verifying the security of third-party vendors and collaborating with them to meet security requirements
• Assist and Liaise with IT, Infra, SRE, Engineering teams and own day-to-day Infosec issues
• Participate in 24x7 off-hours / weekend support rotation as and if needed
• Provide internal stakeholders with timely and regular updates on reported Infosec issues

Requirements:

• MTECH/ BTECH/BE with CISSP/CEH/CCSP/Cloud certification(s) preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security domain itself
• Experienced with working knowledge on cloud infrastructure and related risks
• Experienced in multiple cyber security domains - cloud security, application security, Infrastructure security, network security, IAM, GRC, Vulnerability Mgmt., Data security, SOC /SIEM /SOAR
• Experience around Networking, SDWAN, Next Gen Firewall, CASB, Proxy, DLP, XDR, CASB,
• Authentication methodologies, 2FA, RADIUS, LDAP, AD, OAUTH, Certificate Management
• Experience in Endpoint Solutions like Endpoint DLP, XDR, Antivirus Solution
• Knowledge / Understanding of end to end enterprise security, IoT security, Zoning, Integration aspects, API, Endpoint security, Data security, Email Security, SIEM, Compliance and regulations, Threat intelligence, Threat exposure &incident management aspects
• Demonstrated critical thinking and experience applying security threat and risk knowledge to technology projects to define security requirements and tests
• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail written and oral communications skills
• Ability to work within small creative teams as well as cross-functional teams
• Desire and ability to work non-traditional hours (e.g. nights, weekends, and holidays) and potentially respond to emergency situations
