Opportunity Overview

As a Technical Product Manager specializing in cybersecurity operations within the B2B software sector, you will play a pivotal role in defining the vision, roadmap, and execution of our operations tooling. Leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity concepts and automation technologies, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that address the unique needs of our operations teams and differentiate us in the market.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our operations tools portfolio, aligning with the company's overall objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify key needs, emerging trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and drive the development of new features, enhancements, and product capabilities that deliver maximum value to our customers.
  • Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with user needs, market trends, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with support, operations and customer success teams to develop strategies that drive operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), usage metrics, and customer feedback to measure the success and impact of our products, iterating and optimizing based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, integrating relevant advancements into our product roadmap and strategy.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts through participation in customer meetings, product demonstrations, webinars, and industry events, showcasing our cybersecurity solutions and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners, technology vendors, and industry associations to enhance the value proposition of our cybersecurity products and drive ecosystem integration.

Requirements

Required qualifications and skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management roles, focusing on B2B software products or operations center tooling, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices, with knowledge of threat detection, incident response
  • Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of software products, from conception to adoption, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is highly desirable.
