About The Role:

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead and manage the cybersecurity architecture team (less than 10 people), DevSecOps and Cloud security providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic vision for the cybersecurity architecture platform, aligning it with the organization's business objectives and security policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Architecture team, Digital factory, Global development Department, operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure the integration of cybersecurity practices across the organization.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of the cybersecurity architecture platform, ensuring it meets industry standards and best practices.

Technical Expertise

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's IT infrastructure, applications, and data to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Design and implement security architectures and solutions that address identified risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's digital assets.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate cybersecurity tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance the organization's security posture.
  • Perform regular security assessments and audits to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in the organization's systems and networks.

Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure the organization's cybersecurity architecture platform complies with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE).
  • Contribute as SME and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to support the organization's security objectives.
  • Conduct regular training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and policies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the cybersecurity architecture platform, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to ensure the organization's security architecture remains up-to-date and effective.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the organization's cybersecurity practices, processes, and technologies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the cybersecurity team.

 

About You:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. English level – full professional profiviency.

Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are highly desirable

 

Experiences in: 

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security architecture and platform management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, MITRE).
  • Experience with security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, and endpoint protection solutions.
  • Proven experience in incident response, security assessments, and vulnerability management.
