• 5-8 years of experience as a Security Product Manager or Security Technical Program manager.
• Background as Consultant, Architect or subject matter expert in the Security domain 
• Influential across team and leadership to secure buy-in for new initiatives.  Ability to gather comprehensive research and build business case demonstrating need and socializing to influence the roadmap.
• You possess a “get it done” attitude, have positive energy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Work as a Product Owner to develop a security roadmap by services/controls.
• Scale and accelerate maturity across multiple service offerings.
• Coordination of medium and long-term efforts to support the implementation of the product roadmap.
• Actively partner with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate processes and templates are utilized for project and program success.
• Take ownership for establishing and managing multiple project deliverables, communicating product and program vision, and ensuring engineering resources are aligned properly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills, including extensive public speaking experience.
• You are passionate about technology, keep up with the latest trends in the field and understand impact to our customers.
• Comfortable working in a very cross-functional role with a highly distributed team.
• Familiarity with Oracle SaaS products is preferred, but not required.

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of overall experience in the software industry, with 3+ years of applicable project/program management experience.
• Demonstrable understanding of common principles and terminology surrounding software engineering, security operations, and/or automation
• Experience using a data-driven approach to track service performance and influence decision making
• Experience with service management and process engineering
• Experience reporting on operations of security solutions (example SLA performance)
• Knowledge and application of business process analysis methodologies
• Outstanding analytical, consulting, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain partnerships with vendors and business
• General understanding of applications development environment, databases, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Outstanding, proactive communication skills – written, verbal, presentations, and more
• Ability to accomplish goals independently – highly result-oriented
• A strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $58,100 to $127,000 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
