The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.
How you will CELLebrate- Design and implement secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP and hybrid cloud environments
- Monitor and enforce security controls in cloud environments.
- Conduct risk assessments for cloud services and applications.
- Automate security practices using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate cloud security.
- Stay updated on emerging cloud security threats and best practices.
- Assess cloud environments for compliance with security standards (e.g., CSA STAR, SOC 2, GDPR).
- Ensure proper encryption for data at rest and in transit across cloud services.
- Manage cloud-native security services (e.g. AWS WAF, Azure Security Center, GCP Cloud Armor).
- Conduct regular cloud configuration audits and security posture assessments.
- Automate security workflows using cloud-native automation tools.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts from cloud-based security services.
- Implement and maintain logging and monitoring strategies for cloud environments.
- Develop disaster recovery and backup strategies in cloud ecosystems.
- Document security configurations and policies for internal use and audit purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of IT security experience with 3+ years of experience in cloud security or cloud engineering.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services and security features (Cloud IAM, CSPM, CASB, CWPP, Azure Security Center).
- Hands-on experience with security automation and IaC tools.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust/SASE & container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Certifications (preferred): AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft AZ-500, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with multi-cloud security strategies.
- Familiarity with serverless architecture security best practices.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native CI/CD pipeline security.
- Understanding of container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) security tools.
- Experience with cloud cost optimization while maintaining security posture.
- Contributions to cloud security frameworks or research papers.
- Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
- Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)
