Mission

We are looking for a seasoned Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help build out our corporate and executive security function. This role will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential threats to our organization from various sources including digital platforms, insider threats, and state-sponsored actors. The position requires expertise in conducting both rapid-response and long-term investigations into internal and external threats. This individual will partner closely with the HR, Legal, Facilities, and Corp Operations teams to ensure that employee safety and security are underpinning the business at all times. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze potential threats across multiple sources including online forums, social media, and other intelligence channels
  • Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious activities and security incidents
  • Lead complex, long-term investigations into patterns of suspicious behavior from both internal and external actors
  • Coordinate with HR, Legal, and IT teams on sensitive internal investigations
  • Develop comprehensive threat assessment reports and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement security measures and response plans
  • Track and analyze patterns of potentially malicious behavior
  • Create and maintain intelligence collection requirements based on business priorities
  • Lead proactive threat hunting initiatives to identify emerging risks
  • Maintain relationships with external threat intelligence partners and law enforcement
  • Establish investigation protocols and standard operating procedures for different types of threats
