We are growing rapidly and are looking to hire a Contracts Specialist based in Atlanta, GA. This role is currently remote, but we prefer the individual is in Atlanta. This role reports to the General Counsel.

Working in Legal
The Contacts Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's sales contracts and agreements database, drafting, and reviewing sales contracts, and managing some administrative functions of contracts and operations systems such as Salesforce and DocuSign. This role involves collaborating with various departments to support sales, legal, operations, and customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract review and management, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

In this role you will:
  • Contract Management: Maintain and update the sales contracts and vendor agreements database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review and analyze sales contracts and amendments for accuracy with deal details in Salesforce. Handle signature process of sales contracts. Review certain redlines of sales contracts, amendments, and NDAs.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, legal, and customer service teams to support sales deals from an operational perspective and ensure seamless communication among the teams.
  • Sales Support: Partner with sales to provide quoting and contract support quickly and effectively; manage back-end bookings process and facilitate post sales services handoff process
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency. Leverage tools such as DocuSign and Salesforce to streamline the contracting process, including the use of templates.
  • Price Book Management: Update and manage the SalesForce CPQ price book to ensure accuracy in contracting processes and bookings.

You Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in contract management and leading a contract review process.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice if you have
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM and quoting systems
