Saviynt is looking for a Senior Engineer to help support and maintain its EIC solution based on customer requirements. As a Lead engineer, the primary responsibility will be to review, guide and assist Customers and Partners on Implementing best practice recommendations of their Saviynt Implementation in order to provide Product stability, supportability and scalability and at the same time meeting Customer business requirements. You would also be required to assist support engineers in triaging and resolution of issues through research and investigation and help in the enablement of support engineers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Perform architectural review of the Saviynt Platform and integrations of Customer Implementations
- Dissect requirements into usable test cases and a test plan that covers new functionality, while keeping an eye on all other aspects that ensure full testing coverage
- Responsible for the maintenance of system configurations and process documentation, operating procedures, and infrastructure support documentation
- Help with operations after go-live, ensuring SLAs
- Work closely with business teams and DevSecOps teams activities related to supporting the IAM service offerings
- Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing
- Review and provide technical sign off on root cause analysis for production incidents
- Provide technical analysis for the production incidents, resolution, and root cause analysis for the incidents
- Publish knowledge articles for the incidents and service requests, prepare technical documents for the standard operating procedures
- Identify and report documentation gaps with intent to improve self service capabilities for customer and partners
WHAT YOU BRING
- Identity and Access Management domain knowledge is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE and experience with SQL. Be able to build SQL queries and triage datapoint related issues
- 4+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment preferably in any Identity Management and Governance products
- Knowledge and experience on modules such as Identity Administration/lifecycle, Analytics, Segregation of Duties(SOD), Role based Access Controls(RBAC), Certifications/Access-revalidation, Connectors
- Knowledge of Kubernetes(Micro Services), Catapult deployments in both AWS/Azure is preferred
- Experience in Unix Shell/Perl scripting
- Prior experience integrating with any SSO providers
- Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), API, Postman
- Experience with ticketing systems; Service Desk, Remedy, FreshDesk, JIRA, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to think on your feet.

- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude
