Company Description

Our department provides services and consultation to business units at Bosch North America in compliance of the governance topics of Information Security and Data Protection (ISP), Access and identify Management (AIM), Internal Controls/Monitoring Procedures (IC/MP) and IT Security in Manufacturing & Engineering (ITM/ITL)

Job Description

You will be part of the GS ISP Office North America, supporting ISP Partners in the US and their customers in the US and Canada. You will be part of a team with shared responsibilities. In this role you will assist the US ISP Partner in supporting organizations in ISP Risk Reduction measures (training, awareness), maintain ISP related documentation and conduct quality checks.

To support collaboration and development to an expert level, the associate is required to be on-site 60% or more.  This position is not remote.

 Responsibilities

1.  Maintain expert knowledge of Bosch regulations on the topic of Information Security and Data Protection.

2.  Support the management of the organizations Risk Landscapes using our internal tool "Landscape Management App".  This involves attending customer meetings to understand the organizations risk landscape.

3. Support the US DSP in the research and response to customer inquiries on ISP related topics.

4.  Plan, Schedule and conduct the organizations self-assessments, on a 3-year cycle.

5.  Prepare reports for delivery to the customers.

6.  Provide virtual awareness sessions for the education of the US customer.

7.  Develop awareness material for delivery to the customer.

8.  Support the development and documentation of work processes.

9. Conduct quality checks on internal processes.

 

 

Qualifications

  • English Proficiency C1
  • Two or more years’ experience in a customer facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or Compliance related area.
