CyberSecurity Governance offers Internal and External services relating to Compliance, Standards, Regulations, and Information Security to ensure alignment of our Technology offering with the obligations that the organization is exposed to.

These requirements come mainly from the Regulatory Compliance team but are also defined by other stakeholders such as Finance, Payments, Marketing etc.

This is a position for an experienced Technical Writer who wishes to start a role within a busy global Cybersecurity team. As a Technical Writer you will be responsible for translating our business requirements and architecture into the documentation that is required to achieve and maintain our compliance in regulated markets.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive technical reviews of all internal platforms and operating systems to ensure the companies technical standards are met.
• Liaise with business owners to ensure alignment of technical compliance obligations, appropriate risk management and successful outcome of audits and other regulatory obligations.
• Review and document a wide variety of systems based on a defined assessment criterion.
• Report on any discrepancies from the expected standards, detailing the findings.
• Liaise with Technical Compliance Experts to discuss the findings from an assessment.
• Regular evaluation of system compliance across multiple audits to gain insight into deviations in standards.
• Assist with the documenting of the compliance of key company systems benchmarks.
• Document CyberSecurity Governance processes to increase the effectiveness of the company in operating to regulated markets. Design and introduce technical architecture enhancements for new regulatory services.
• Analyze technical and product compliance requirements, for instance for the purpose of gaming license certification.
• Assist with being a technical point of contact for external regulators and auditors. Establish a working relationship with regulators to ensure a fluent two-way communication.
• Support of regulatory compliance efforts on technical discussions
• Execute projects to implement the group CyberSecurity Governance strategy
• Perform compliance and security assessments of the Group infrastructure
• Conduct internal gap analysis against relevant information security and regulatory standards (PCI DSS, ISO27001, etc.)
• This role performance will directly impact the costs of bringing our technology and applications aligned with jurisdictional regulatory requirements, participating in key decisions to enter new markets.

Qualifications

Essential

• Customer-oriented person, with the ability to educate a non-technical audience on Technical Compliance and cybersecurity subjects
• Proven experience of documenting complex systems to a technical level.
• At least three years’ experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Technical Compliance processes as well as outstanding technical knowledge of the underlying technical foundations
• Experience in the following areas:
  • IT Audits
  • ISO 27001
  • PCI DSS
  • Risk management

Desired

• Previous experience in security consultancy
• Online Gaming experience

Relevant professional qualifications will be considered, although not a requirement, e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, GIAC, PCI ISA etc.
