The Opportunity:
• Responsible for designing, developing, documenting, testing, and troubleshooting software and systems with a focus on SharePoint 2019, Dynamics 365, and Varonis solutions. This includes leveraging SharePoint Framework to create modern web parts that work for both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises.
• Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. This collaboration can be facilitated using Accenture's Task Management Tool (TMT), which supports enterprise-wide collaboration and provides a comprehensive view of tasks from beginning to end.
• Determines computer user needs and analyzes system capabilities to resolve issues. Utilizes SharePoint 2019's improved features such as modern SharePoint experiences, OneDrive synchronization, and the hybrid app launcher to enhance user experience and productivity2. Incorporates SharePoint 2019's support for PowerApps and Flow integration to create custom workflows and forms, replacing deprecated technologies like InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, and Nintex Workflow.
• Ensures software standards are met, leveraging Varonis system security platform for automated data security and compliance. Implements Varonis' real-time visibility features to understand the true data security posture and ensure sensitive data is properly protected.
• Utilizes Varonis' data-centric threat detection capabilities to protect sensitive data across the low and high domains. Conducts vulnerability research, penetration testing, malware analysis, and reverse engineering development of computer network operations tools as part of cyber and systems security.


Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions to meet business requirements.
• Install, configure, manage, develop test plans, and troubleshoot SharePoint server farms and environments.
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with company and government policies to include updates, patches, and STIGs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint systems and processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Stay current with SharePoint and cloud technology trends and best practices.
• Script and automate SharePoint management tasks using PowerShell to monitor SharePoint performance and implement optimizations as needed.
• Implement and manage SharePoint integration with other systems and databases.
• Develop custom solutions using SharePoint frameworks, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Install, configure, manage, develop test plans, and troubleshoot Microsoft Customer Relationship Manager / Dynamics 365 and SharePoint server farm environments.
• Plan and coordinate the Accenture’s yearly site visits for upgrading, enhancing, and performing system maintenance for TMT.
• Provide technical support TMT subject matter expert for service side and user interfaces issues.
• Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Varonis systems security platform server environments.
• Implement and manage Varonis’ DatAdvantage and Data Privilege solutions for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, network engineering, computer science, or related subject and 5 years of experience OR Master’s degree in telecommunications, network engineering, computer science, or related subject and 3 years of experience
• SharePoint 2019 On-Prem or SharePoint Online experience required
• Customer Relationship Management / Dynamics 365 (TMT) experience desired
• Varonis System Security Platform experience desired
• Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
• DOD 8570 IAT level 2 compliance (Security+ Certification)
• Must be willing/able to work OCONUS

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100 - 172,400 USD
