Threat Assessment Center Senior Manager

Key Role:

Assume responsibility for the Threat Assessment Center (TAC) focusing on both external world events and internal business insights. Oversee and manage a team of open-source intelligence analysts, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely threat intelligence reports, briefings, and alerts to support leadership decision-making and incident response efforts. Develop and implement strategic objectives that align with Security and company priorities and goals. Monitor and update compliance materials in conjunction with legal and/or policy changes. Brief company leadership and serve as a liaison between the TAC and internal or external stakeholders, and ensure adherence to all policies, practices and laws that govern OSINT work. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in threat analysis, including behavioral threat assessment and threat management

  • Experience leading a comprehensive threat management program and conducting investigations, intelligence collection and analysis, and case management

  • Experience balancing mission needs with effective, optimized processes and resources while responsibly managing the budget

  • Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders across various functions and management levels

  • Ability to display excellent judgment, lead organizational change, and prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
