The Team

The Security Engineering team is responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining security technologies across the security stack (e.g., network, application, data).  The team enables and operates next-generation security capabilities ranging from firewalls, proxies, data protection, endpoint protection to cloud security components.  The Security Engineering team ensures that security design principles and best practices are adopted for both on-premise and cloud based solutions.

Your Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our Security Engineering team who will be a key contributor to first-line controls in a defense-in-depth approach to advanced security technologies, processes, and procedures to protect the firm’s business practices and assets.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with established security engineering team to design and build security technologies for cloud-native and on-premise
  • Be involved in implementing, testing, and maintain security technologies across the security stack on both cloud-native and on-premise 
  • Participate in projects that will be part of larger firm initiatives that directly improve the security posture of the firm 
  • Be part of building and designing scalable security solutions on cloud-native architecture

What You’ll Bring

  • Graduating in Spring / Summer 2025 with a Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Familiarity with security technologies, e.g., firewall, proxy, SIEM, endpoint protection, etc.
  • Outstanding ability for software coding, debugging, and testing skills
  • Proficient in Object-Oriented programming language, Python, YAML, JSON, Cloud Formation, etc.
  • Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) and full-stack development expertise (e.g., CI/CD pipeline, testing, etc) is a plus
  • Familiarity with one of the large cloud providers is preferred and working towards cloud security certifications
