The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Network Operations Lead to manage IT and cyber operations for a USSOUTHCOM program. You will support operational readiness, compliance with cybersecurity requirements, and alignment with mission-critical objectives across the Area of Responsibility (AOR), including Central and South America and the Caribbean. You will utilize strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various mission partners and stakeholders. This role is located in Doral, Florida.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in network or system administration, network engineering, system engineering, or cybersecurity

• 10+ years of experience in IT service operations with a focus on managing large-scale IT environments

• Experience in IT service management, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, data management, configuration management, and cybersecurity operations

• Experience supporting IT operations within the DoD or government sectors

• Ability to manage operational readiness and provide 24/7 availability for critical IT systems

• Ability to speak English and Spanish, including communicating technical issues effectively to senior leadership and various stakeholders

• Ability to travel as needed within the USSOUTHCOM AOR

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science

• DoD 8570 IAM Level III Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
