Cybersecurity Lead Identity Access Management Engineer - Hub

JOB SUMMARY: 

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to design, implement, and enhance our identity governance processes. In this role, you will focus on automating Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows, optimizing existing configurations, and driving the integration of SailPoint ISC with additional enterprise systems. You will play a critical role in modernizing identity lifecycle management, ensuring compliance, and expanding SailPoint ISC’s capabilities to support the organization’s security and access needs.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

· SailPoint ISC Administration and Expansion:

• Manage and maintain the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Design and implement configurations, workflows, and policies within SailPoint ISC to align with organizational IAM objectives.
• Expand SailPoint ISC capabilities by integrating additional applications and enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and out-of-the-box integrations.
• Perform regular platform upgrades, maintenance, and optimizations to improve performance and scalability.

· Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) Automation:

• Develop and refine Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes within SailPoint ISC to automate user provisioning, role changes, and deprovisioning.
• Create dynamic role-based access control (RBAC) policies to ensure seamless identity lifecycle transitions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to align JML workflows with organizational policies and business needs.
• Implement real-time identity synchronization and event-based provisioning for improved user access experiences.

· Identity Governance and Compliance:

• Implement and manage access certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST.
• Conduct regular audits of user access and entitlements to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Define and enforce policies for least-privilege access, segregation of duties, and access reviews.

· Integration and Process Optimization:

• Integrate SailPoint ISC with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and other IAM tools (e.g., Active Directory, ServiceNow).
• Develop and optimize SailPoint workflows to automate and streamline IAM processes.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement robust identity lifecycle solutions, including custom connectors where necessary.

· Monitoring and Reporting:

• Build and manage dashboards and reports in SailPoint ISC to monitor the health and performance of identity services.
• Track metrics related to provisioning, certification campaigns, and compliance efforts.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on IAM data and trends.

· Collaboration and Documentation:

• Partner with IT, HR, and business teams to understand IAM requirements and develop solutions using SailPoint ISC.
• Document workflows, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
• Train and support internal teams on SailPoint ISC functionality and best practices.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or other identity governance platforms.
• Strong expertise in configuring and managing JML workflows within SailPoint ISC.
• Experience with integrating SailPoint ISC with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and IAM tools.
• Knowledge of APIs, scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Java), and custom connector development.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in identity lifecycle and governance scenarios.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT AND REQUIREMENTS:

• This role may require periodic on-call support or after-hours work depending on operational needs.
• Flexible working arrangements may be available.
• Some Travel may be required
