JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking Senior Analyst IT Security within our InfoSec team to help support our strategic security and compliance objectives.

• This role is crucial in facilitating the adoption of our company's vulnerability management processes and procedures for newly acquired subsidiaries.

• The successful candidate will work closely with subsidiary information security professionals throughout the acquisition process, documenting the initial security posture, identifying deviations from our company information security policies, remediating deficiencies, and maintaining a high level of security compliance

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Drive the integration of our company's vulnerability management processes and procedures in newly acquired subsidiaries.

• Assess and document the initial security posture of acquisitions, with an emphasis on vulnerability management.

• Detect and evaluate deviations from established company information security policies.

• Address and remediate identified deficiencies to align with company security standards.

• Continuously improve security measures to maintain compliance and protect against emerging threats.

• Identify, analyze, and mitigate vulnerabilities across diverse assets and intricate environments.

• Provide detailed analytical insights and maintain a strong focus on accuracy in vulnerability management processes.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and subsidiary stakeholders to resolve security issues promptly and efficiently.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 4 years of experience in information systems security, specifically in vulnerability management – Any tool

• Proficiency in vulnerability detection tools, threat intelligence platforms, and automation workflows is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Demonstrated ability to manage vulnerabilities within complex environments.

• Comprehensive understanding of security policies and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to bolster security measures.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
