Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced Cyber Operations Program Manager who will become a part of Peratons' Department of State (DoS) Diplomatic Security Cyber Mission (DSCM) program providing leading cyber and technology security experience to enable innovative, effective and secure business processes. The DSCM program encompasses technical, engineering, data analytics, cyber security, management, operational, logistical and administrative support to aid and advise DoS Cyber & Technology Security (CTS) Directorate. This includes protecting a global cyber infrastructure comprising networks, systems, information, and mobile devices all while identifying and responding to cyber risks and threats. Those supporting Peraton’s DSCM program strive to leverage their expert knowledge and propose creative solutions to real-world cybersecurity challenges.

Position Description:
- Assist the Program Manager (PM) manage diverse teams providing technical support and system administration services to CTS ensuring the availability and functionality of Directorates’ cybersecurity capabilities.
- Manage and oversee the operations of the Program Management Office.
- Develop and manage the Program Staffing Plan to provide qualified and appropriately cleared personnel and other resources necessary to support CTS and its functions.
- Assist in the management and integration of the contractor staff that includes all Peraton and subcontractor staff.
- Assign appropriately skilled and trained personnel, establish work schedules, and review work discrepancies.
- Assist PM to supervise contractor personnel, and communicate policies, purpose, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Assist PM to ensure all work complies with applicable Department and DS policies and regulations.
- Assist PM to ensure contract performance is timely and meets CTS program goals and performance standards.
- Perform quality control.
- Ensure contractor performance meets established performance standards.
- Be the primary Program interface with the COR for all staffing, deliverables and project administrative matters.
- Maintain an integrated project and activity schedule across all offices.
- Provide project management in accordance with recognized industry standards.
- Assist PM to report on special tasks or assignments at a frequency determined by the customer.
- Brief Govt leadership and provide courses of action for significant network and system changes, improving monitoring capabilities, operational outages and computer security.

Qualifications
Required:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business,Telecommunications, or other related technical discipline required.
- Minimum 14 Years with Bachelor's Degree ; 12 Years with Masters
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing Cyber Security or Information Assurance support programs of similar size, complexity and scope as the DSCM Program.
- Ability to obtain/maintain ONE of the following certifications within six months of start date:
- CISSP, Sec+, Net+, A+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, MCSA.
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in identified Tasks areas.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of funds and resources and in managing large, complex task order contracts.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
Desired:
- A Master's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems,Telecommunications, or other related management or technical discipline.
- Active CISSP certification.

Target Salary Range
